Laid back process. The interview takes place at the office in front of the supervisor 1 on 1. Basic questions are asked. Your going to be asked about your theoretical orientation and how you feel you will fit into the current office system. Afterwards if your offered the position you are given a list of instructions emailed to you to be sent to HR.
