Interview process was relaxed and fairly easy. My biggest gripe is that they wasted my time. Don’t advertise the job as having a pay range of $35,000 to $40,000 per year and then tell me it’s $35,000 and non-negotiable. Just a bunch of time wasters looking for someone they can pay the lowest wage to. Totally grossed out by these tactics. Stop wasting the time of interviewees!
