The interview process began with a short phone interview, a formal in-person interview with a pleasant young lady and then an assessment of Math, English, Excel and Word. It was a bit intimidating going into, but once I was there, it was great. Easy to build a meaningful rapport with the interviewer. Very friendly and forthcoming. There was also a personality test upon arrival.
