You will first meet with Joel he is the guy in charge of everything. He is nice and respectful and he will give you a tour through all the labs asking questions about what a piece of equipment is. He is a chemist so he will ask you allot of chemistry questions and questions about heavy metals. Then you will meet the three or 4 people for a pannel interview and they are in charge of a lab they will ask you behavioral questions. They interviewed me through a staffing agency which was extremely unprofessional. The people were nice though at the company.
