Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 6 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Summit Real Estate Management (Portland, OR) em dez. de 2010
Entrevista
Summit took over the property I had managed for 5 years. It was obvious from the beginning of the interview they were not interested in keeping any of the existing staff even though I had 21 years experience at the time and had a very good work history and good reputation at this property along with a recommendation from the property owner. They were very condescending and only offered me the job because they had no legal reason not to. I would swear they were disappointed I passed the drug screening. When they did offer me the position (which I had already held for 5 years) it was with a 25% reduction in my salary. Having little choice at the time I accepted, and again felt they were disappointed. Just prior to Summit taking over the apartment complex we were 99% occupied. Their first point of business was to raise all the rents, needless to say within 30 days the occupancy dropped. They felt it was easier to blame me than themselves although they left me to run the property alone with no assistant manager for 3 months. They also had a very hard time with the fact that I had a good relationship with the property owners. They discourage all of their managers from talking to owners, this way they can lie to them.
