Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Summit Securities Group.
Entrevista
I went through five rounds of interviews, including a final onsite interview that lasted about four hours. After investing a significant amount of time and effort, I was completely ghosted. I never received a yes or no decision, no feedback, and not even a courtesy rejection email.
This process was a waste of my time and felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve clear communication.

Entrevista
A quick friendly phone call, followed by scheduling the onsite (nice office) where I met two managers. I was asked general questions about me and my experience. Nothing too difficult I was asked to prepare a more detailed presentation. Overall was a good experience.

Entrevista
Had a positive phone screen, invited for an interview downtown in March 2019. Met with 5 people, one after the other, who all asked me the same questions (clearly no coordination); I was getting bored and irritated by the end as a result. Everyone seemed to have an attitude and clearly didn't want me there. First IT guy was friendly, the second one was consistently surprised that I didn't have skills that I didn't list on my resume. I correctly described the difference between UDP and TCP, but he reacted negatively. The executive had nothing to really ask me and was a little combative when I answered questions about procedures at my current job. The talent acquisition guy had a sour look on his face and asked why it was "taking so long" to complete my Master's. Had to point out that I am a part-time student (which goes without saying), I've only been enrolled for a short time, and that I was nearly finished. He couldn't be bothered to see me out. Got a rejection email without explanation.
