Applied online, got an interview a month later. Interview was done over the phone and pretty quick. Offered a position later that day. Definitely negotiate with them on pay because they can go higher

Entrevista
I had a 15-20 minute conversation with Human Resources. Then had an in-person interview with the manager that was short. Was asked questions regarding my resume. Pretty much was hired on the spot.
