I first interviewed with the recruiter who seemed to be a very nice guy, we spoke about the job description and he set me up to interview with one of the owners of the company.
I did a one-hour virtual interview with one of the CEOs and it started off with an ice-breaker about guessing what was in the box he was holding, you get to ask 30 questions to try and guess what was in there, and it took about 15 munites (too long in my mind).
We then discussed the job description and he asked me about 5 to 6 scenarios regarding my Salesforce knowledge, the scenarios did not sound complicated but I learn and understand things differently from others, so when I mentioned that I would need to write things down so that I may better understand what he was saying. It was quickly brushed over and we moved on to the next scenario. The interview ended shortly after that as the CEO mentioned that I would not be a good fit for the role.
The role description was completely different from what was being asked of me in the interview also I believe that they expect you to know exactly what they know without them taking time out to educate you on their processes.
