I was brought in twice for this company, both times they have ghosted me and not responded to my follow ups inquiring where they were at in their hiring process. I was also told I would be a good fit for the company and they saw no reason as to why I shouldn't be selected, but the job was reposted so I don't think they entirely know what they are doing.... The questions were simple, consisting of customer service, how would you handle this situation, and how you respond to multi-tasking.

They called and scheduled an interview then they sent a confirmation email about the interview date and time. Then on the day of the interview, they called right on time and began by introducing themself again and then began to describe the position and job requirements and pay rate asked if I felt it was a good fit and then proceeded with the interview questions. When it was all said and done with, they said that they would forward my information to a higher level of management, and if they also agreed that I was a good fit, they would contact me and left it at that.
