Applied direct via careers website. Received a call from HR and scheduled a 30minute interview. Moved onto next rounds and had a 1 hour interview in person in their Toronto office on King Street. The interviewer was recently promoted to a managerial position with no people managing experience. This came across in the interview. Interviewer was not interested in discussing growth within the company, or company culture. Spent my time interviewing and never got a response to acknowledgement following that last in person interview. Poor experience.
