Received e-mail asking to set up best time for phone interview. Once completed, received another e-mail asking to choose a day/time for in-office interview and math test. Spent nearly 2 hours for that part. Advised would hear by end of week or early the next week. Contacted 2 days later.

It was very easy. Recruiters were very nice and friendly and efficient at the same time. Got a call 12 days after applying for an interview. Process was very fast.

I applied online and had two virtual interviews. First interview was more general questions with an HR staff member and the second interview was with two management level employees in the call centre and the questions were more experience based.
