Applied for a full-time job via their website. Was contacted 3 months later for a contract position as they had hired the full time position. Interview was 30 mins by HR recruiter while hiring manager said nothing and sat in the corner. No tough questions. They called me 2 hours after I left to offer the job for 6 month contract. I negotiated a little but they wouldnt budge more, started 2 weeks later.
