Go through HR interview and meet two rounds interview with managers. Go through portfolio work and explain how you have
solve design problems. And follow up with questions and little bit information about the company.

Share one of the project that you faced challenges and how you resolve it.
30 mins HR call: Generic HR call. The recruiter just read off of a script about why "he loved" to work at Sunlife. He was incredibly inconsiderate because I had to take some time off, but insisted that I take the interview during my time off. It's incredibly rude and unprofessional when he had just spoke about the "work-life balance he loved." I did the interview anyways, because otherwise he wouldn't have allowed me with any interview. 1 hour interview with design manager and designer: The recruiter never told me about what to expect, even after I asked so I went into this without any context. Nevertheless, the interview went ok since they follow the typical format with questions, etc. The turnaround time is ridiculous. It took 1 month and a week for the first round of interview about whether they'll move forward or not! Especially ridiculous when the recruiter forced and rushed me into the first interview.
