I applied in store and was called a couple of days later. I was interviewed standard one on one. I dressed professionally.Black dress pants, sandals, tank top and cardigan. I saw others come into interview while I worked there wearing jeans and tshirts, totally unprof. My interviewer was very stern throughout the interview which made it really difficult and was a little intimidating, but once I got the job I learned everyone was really friendly, so smile lots and being able to have very very good customer service helps.
