Insightful. The best time to apply would be early Fall for Winter seasonal work. The location I applied to values motivated and hardworking individuals. The culture was welcoming and they offered lots of sales training.
One to One interview, two interviews with two different managers one week apart, friendly and conversational, went over resume, outdoor sports experience, great feedback, straightforward, emphasis on training procedures
