First off, a Sunbelt recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and invited me to apply. After filling out the application, the same recruiter called me for a pre-interview, you can tell she was not a technical recruiter but I passed. Then it was a group interview, most of the people showed up late to the interview. Seemed very disorganized and the people on the panel seemed unfocused. I declined a follow up interview after speaking to a few individuals who are currently employed in Sunbelt IT Dept. It seemed Sunbelt is going some major over haul in their IT dept., replacing the existing long time workers with contingent workers, majority from India. Too many red flags.
