It was behaviour based and very standard for Oil Sands. Ensure you make it clear that you want the hiring manager to follow up with you regardless of whether or not you get the job. It is not standard for them to follow up with you so make sure you do so. It is largely behaviour based and they MAY ask about any technical project you have worked on in the past, so prepare for that. Make sure you know your resume and cover letter inside out.
