Iniatially applied, was contacted by human resources and talent aquisitions dept, had initial interview with manager and supervisor, had phone interview with manager, had secondary interview with manager and supervisor, perfomed physical testing, submitted to background verification,

Started with a phone interview with HR. Then onsite with HR, the hiring manager, and a director with engineering background. Red flag not interviewing my coworkers. Long back and forth negotiation. 1 week turned into 10K. Don't take the first offer.
