Entrevista
There are two interviews. First is with the store manager of the location you apply to, and the other is with the Regional or District Manager. The store manager asked behavioural questions, whereas the District Manager enquired more about my skills and made me convince him why my experience will help me in this job.

I applied online and got a response the next day and went in for a interview a few days after everyone was very nice and welcoming, it didn't not feel like a interview at all. I will be going on a second interview and am very excited!

Entrevista
The interview process was very smooth. I got called for my first interview and it was quick and just an overall of what exactly they were looking for and the responsibility that comes with it. Three days later, I did my second interview and we went more into depth about me, the requirements, the job environment, the salary and dress code.

Entrevista
The interview process was relaxed, lenient and very straight forward. I first interviewed with the Talent Director, then a week later I interviewed with the Store Manager. They emphasized more on providing customers a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Almost Apple-like where the sales associates aren’t pushing products towards you. Instead are there to help facilitate the process of choosing and buying the right product.
