We were in contact for 7 weeks, having 6 different rounds of interviews, one of them a business case with a real use-case for the company, and another one of them in person. During the several rounds, I met 8 people, including both co-founders, constantly having the same conversations, which seems like an overkill considering the level of responsibility for the position. In the beginning, we had a call almost every day, and later on, they started leaving me in the blue and ignoring their own deadlines. Ultimately, after 2 weeks without news, I was told they froze the hiring process and wouldn´t proceed, without any further info nor feedback. If you value your time and yourself as a professional, avoid them.
