Received a phone call from recruiter to schedule a 3-hour phone screen interview. The three interviewers were all very friendly and helpful. The interview questions ranged from simple algorithm question to functional questions about front-end. Got offer a few days after interview and I accepted it. However, after one month, they withdrew my offer due to "change of operating direction", which really screwed me up since I don't have much time left to find a new internship and most positions are filled up. Even though all the people I have contacted with in this company are great individuals, the sudden withdraw of my offer made my experience extremely negative overall.
