Appropriately rigorous. Selected for testing, come in for PAA testing (specific to the role) which includes a test on general knowledge of hospitals and terms used within hospitals, as well as a typing test. If you pass, you could be selected for an interview. In the interview there are two managers that ask hypothetical questions that you could be faced with for the specified unit you apply to.

Entrevista
There was quite a comprehensive/ expansive test to take that covered your knowledge regarding Microsoft Office, Clinical terminology, Typing proficiency, and Reading Comprehension.
Once I was granted an interview, I had an interview scheduled. The interview took place on the floor - and was conducted by three members of the management.
Very friendly and relaxed environment.
