I got a call from the HR, she doesn't even speak proper English nor she explains about the company profile or about herself. She just reads out the questions which she prepared and ask them in the same order to everyone she interviews, my friend was asked the same questions and in the same order. There are 3 levels of interview : 1. Telephonic HR Interview (It cannot be termed as a round 1, as she hardly analyses anything) 2. Personal Interview with Team Lead 3. Personal Interview with Project Manager
