Received a call to set up a group interview. Was first to arrive at interview and we all had to wait a bit for executive director to show up. Spoke very casually with nursing director for a while and when ED showed up, we started. Interview was very casual, just asked us questions about schooling and previous work experience (we were all recent nursing graduates). Went over paperwork needed for job and toured facility. We all left the interview with job offers and request to fill out paperwork and return if we accepted.

Was about 30 minutes. Asked to give background and experience. Was asked about strength/weaknesses. Was asked how I work with others. How I manage having multiple tasks at one time.
