The executives will never be honest in reference to what one is facing when being interviewed for this position. They will not reveal the culture in the facility nor the attitude of the existing management. They will tell you they want change, but will not back you up after being hired.

There wasn't a question that was difficult or unexpected.
Completed online application, intelligence and personality quiz online. Within 2 weeks received call from administration team, for first preliminary interview. Another week goes by receive another Call to set up interview with Executive Director, completed this interview unsure about next steps.

Applied 12/18/18, got call back on 12/26/18, initial interview 1/2/19 followed by a series of 3 more interiews, all in all it took about 1.5 months to get hired from start to finish. My advice is to make eye contact, smile, be yourself and a team player.

Entrevista
Took three weeks to get a call for an interview, was told I would receive a call within one week over whether I’d be invited to round 2 of interviews. Week passed, no word. I called last week to follow up on their decision as this is a career move position and deserves follow up. It has now been three weeks and no call. Just disappointed in the lack of follow-up and leaving applicants in the dark, even with applicant follow-up.
