only 3 out of 6 invited interviewees show up. was being brief about the position and a general idea of a day in sunrise. was being asked about experience with elderly, how to manage conflicts. the other 2 candidates are just so much more experienced than i am, so i didn't get into the 2nd round of 1:1 interview with the direct supervisor
