Entrevista
The interview took place as a group interview with other candidates. I was interviewed by the Assisted Living Coordinator. Questions were basic, such as describing experience with the elderly, and why you'd like to work there. In my case, the reminiscence coordinator popped in and asked a few questions himself. The interview process was very easy and one is not expected to have specific experience.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

The interview process was through and to the point. Interviewer took time to ask about myself, explained what the company is looking for , explained the duties that would be expected for the position and other general information was provided.
