Applied through employee referral. Was called in to do a group interview with 5-6 round group at Sunrise Senior Living. Asked a few basic introduction questions. Not everyone was applying for the same position. Asked to come back after group interview and job shadow for a couple days. Job shadowed day time concierge and evening concierge duties. Called back to do a one on one interview with a coordinator. Three days later I was called back to receive hire package and speak with Executive Director to get on boarded. The hiring process took about a month in total to complete.

Tell me about yourself? Why did you apply for this job? How do you handle stress? What would you do if your phone was ringing and a resident was trying to walk out the front door? What would you tell several residents who witness seeing another resident being taken out by ambulance?

Very smooth and fast. I had the pleasure of speaking with the BOC, who used to overlook the concierge department. Simple and straightforward questions, how you handle stressful situations, what similar experience you have etc etc.

The initial interview went well, it was straightforward and I connected with the interviewer on a personal level. She asked if I had any availability later in the week for the second interview and I gave two options I could do. She said that was perfect and she'd let me know when to come in. Those days pass and no confirmation on a second interview. I inquired about it, and no response. Unprofessional.

I interviewed with the Business office coordinator first.I then received a phone call a few days later, to come back to interview with her coordinator.The interview was stress free, professional, and informative.Very pleasant environment.
