I applied online, then the BOC asked me to come in. I was waiting an hour before I got any paperwork. Finally I filled it the application and the Director of sales along with the reminiscence coordinator brought me in a room and interviewed me. After that I started my job preview for 2 hours. After I left the reminiscence coordinator called me and asked me to come back the following day where I finished my paper work. Also you must submit fingerprints which take about 2 weeks and a drug test which comes back about 3 days later. After that I didn't have an interview with the ED, but I heard you're supposed to. You fill out tons of paper work and read 3 hours of material and lastly you have online training.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience

The interview process was through and to the point. Interviewer took time to ask about myself, explained what the company is looking for , explained the duties that would be expected for the position and other general information was provided.
