Most employees leave in a few months after discovering they have no ability to be promoted or earn a basic living. Managers will lie to recruit people to work for no money with the vague promise of commissions that never materialize.

Upbeat, positive HR interviews. Very transparent about expected commissions and what one could expect to make in this position. Hiring manager was also easy to talk to and seemed focused on creating a strong sales team .
