I sent in my resume when I saw the position posted, and they contacted me by phone to come in for an interview the following week. I was interviewed by the Nurse/owner and the Nurse Supervisor, and I felt very positive about the interview. Part of the application was a skills/knowledge test which wasn't even looked at, but past experience was. They said they had other people to interview, but if they were interested, they would call me back for a second interview and inform me then about salary and benefits. They called me back a week later and asked me to come back that day, which I did. I met with the Nurse/owner again, with her husband/co-owner. It was a repeat of the first interview, with a less positive feel, no discussion of pay or benefits, and no discussion of skills or knowledge. They informed me they would have the information emailed to me. A few days later I received an email informing me there are no benefits, no vacation days for 1 year, no sick days or holidays, and no information regarding salary.
