Standard interview process with a virtual interview. I appreciate the flexibility from the hiring team to allow a virtual interview. I was able to connect immediately to the hiring manager, he was personable and answered all of my questions throughout the two interviews.
Very conversational. It did not seem like your typical interview process. The recruiter and hiring manager spent a good amount of time getting to know me while explaining the history of the business/clients
