it was an easy interview, but the manager did not appreciate any of my experiences or skill. There was no negotiate when I am not Taiwanese. There were two people hosting the interview. One of them kept turning me down by saying how my experiences and skill did not meet their requirement. The other one kept saying that I may get promote in the future if I accept the offer that was very low pay. the hint to get the offer from this company was accepting the lower pay offer and showing your respect on their Taiwanese culture.

At first the supervisor will call you for some interview in the company. At first part is from department managers so about 4 people on 1 on 1 interview and after that the department head and other production manager around 4 1 on 1 unterview as well and the basic question is from the past experience and anything about on your resume and lastly, " are you ok on a lot of overtime?" if they say a lot then expect a lot... prepare yourself gor not seeing the sunny days again because you come early and go home late...
