Contacted by a recruiter and was setup for an hour long video interview with a team member. Had an amazing conversation with him and was honestly excited for the role. He mentioned that I would be reached out to by my recruiter for the next steps. I was ghosted.. Sent follow up emails to the recruiter for 3-4 weeks and no reply. Super disappointing

First has technical screen interview, and I have round of 2.5 hour panel intervew with 4 different engineers. the last one is hiring manager. other engineers were friendly with some technical and behavial question and the HM ask few background instead.
