Thorough, smooth, and engaging with clear communication throughout. I worked directly with Sylvia who coordinated the entire process. The team was so kind throughout each step. This might sound cheesy, but I'd gladly go through this interview process again!

It was 5 interviews total and 1 presentation at the end. First interview was with the recruiter, second with the director of CS, third with the director of sales, and last 2 with other senior CSMs. The last part was a 45 min. presentation with all of them. Overall, a long interview process but definitely worth it!
