I was contacted my a recruiter from a career fair at an academic conference. I had 2 phone screens, followed by an 4-5 onsite virtual rounds covering ML coding, technical depth, behavioral and research presentation. Overall, I had an excellent candidate experience interviewing with Grammarly. The interviewers were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and the rounds seemed very relevant to the kind of profile I was interviewing for.
