Initial phone screen went well. Invited to speak to an IT consultant that has helped them in the past. Two video interviews went well and I was recommended to talk to the CFO (the hiring manager). I followed up after not hearing anything and the HR person said the CFO had been out of the office and that they would follow up with me the next week. A few weeks later there had been no contact and only when I inquired again did I get the "we've filled the role" email.
