Multi-stage interview process. First interview is quick and relaxed. Second is longer, but still relaxed. Second interview had more than one interviewer. Seems that they care more about a culture fit than someone who has amazing technical knowledge.

Phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews. Big focus on culture and do you like small towns. Questions are fairly generic mostly about why you like the career path you have chosen.

Video interview for Prescott, In-person interview Prescott, Phone interview Minnesota. Video Interview went well, same with the in-person one. I just did not want to relocate to Minnesota for a year of training.
