Been giving interviews for past 2 months and recently had an in-person interview at Superleap. Three back to back rounds in single day which was quite intense. Office is small, not fancy at all but the vibe was positive. While waiting for 3rd round (took a while), could observe team discussing openly near waiting area - everyone seemed genuinely engaged and I felt like joining their conversation but had to focus on interview. Didn't get the offer but walked away impresed with their approach and team culture.
