The process was excellent. They answered every stage of it in a friendly and positive way. It was a first interview with HR, an assessment, and 2 more interviews with Creative directors. The process was quick, and the communication throughout was very positive.

The deadline they set for the assignment they gave for the interview was unrealistic. Those hours aren't paid btw. They want you to build a brand from scratch—which includes researching, creating AI-generated images, and developing different application formats—and explain how you did it. After all that, you have to create and design a PowerPoint presentation of about seven slides, some of which include infographics. All of that in 48 hours. It’s absurd. Also they offer 3k for a Lead role.
