      Candidates outside the US timezone, beware! The process started smoothly with prompt communication from the recruiter and a straightforward screening interview. I completed both a logical/IQ test and a personality assessment, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the manager did not make a strong impression and failed to follow up on questions as promised. I was then invited to a final, in-depth case study interview that required extensive preparation, including building a presentation for a panel. Just hours before the scheduled interview, I was informed that the company would no longer be moving forward with candidates outside the US timezone, and my interview was cancelled. This was never mentioned as a potential issue at any stage, despite my location being clear from the start. As a result, I invested significant time and effort only to be dropped at the last minute for a reason that should have been addressed upfront. If you are applying from outside the US timezone, be aware that your application may not be seriously considered, regardless of how far you progress in the process. My experience suggests a lack of internal alignment and respect for candidates’ time. I attempted to share this feedback directly with leadership but received no response, so I am posting it here for others to see.

      Don't waste your time - Will ghost after presentation and final round. Process was relatively clear and as expected, there is a personality/logic assessment, 4+ rounds of meeting with the team, and a 3 part case study to present with less than 72 hours to prepare (by design of the assessment).

      A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and we scheduled an initial screening call. Before the call, they sent me some materials to review, including a document outlining their Bring Your Own Device policy )(employees are not provided a laptop and must supply their own, which I found unusual especially for this industry). The screening lasted about 30 minutes and followed the standard format for an initial recruiter conversation
