Entrevista
Basic interview questions, mainly identifying consultative sales skills. First round was a recruiter phone screen, 2nd round was phone screen with the hiring manager, 3rd round was in person meeting with several team members including the hiring manager. Overall, the people were friendly, knowledgeable about the role, however the role ended up being too junior based on my experience.

Entrevista
First was a brief phone call with the talent acquisition manager about what I currently do and the potential role. Second was an online logic test... I have never been asked to complete something like that before. It entailed completing patterns in a sequence. Next was another phone call with the manager of the team I was applying for. This call included a few questions about setting up equations with basic ratios. Not hard, but not something I had expected. Next was an in person interview with the recruiter, manager, and a VP. I found the company wasn't for me and didn't continue through the following steps, but the first steps of the interview process in general was nice and semi straight forward.

Rounds of interviews that take a long time to get back to you. Personal questions are asked blatantly. More often than not, you will need to speak with people quite a few times. Again, the process here is not organized either, much like the rest of the company.
