It was good, There were 2 rounds of interview one with data analyst that is technical round and another round with general questions. Next day I got call from HR saying I got selected.

While the communication from HR was polite and structured, after completing the assignment and following up, I was informed that they were not moving forward. The experience left me feeling that the assignment was more like solving real business problems for the company without a clear hiring intent. Cons: Time-consuming assignments with no guarantee of fair consideration. Advice to Management: Please respect candidates’ time and ensure assignments are evaluated with genuine hiring intent.
