Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Supply (Boulder, CO) em out. de 2018

Similar to one of the other reviews, I was also contacted by someone at the Supply office for a phone interview. That time came and went with no call. After emailing them, they had mixed up the day. To make it more confusing, they also had a recruiting agency working to fill the roles at the same time. The recruiting agency also contacted me to set up a phone interview which they did actually follow through on.
I had an in-person interview at their office with two senior-level people. The interview was rather in-depth — they emphasized wanting to find the right fit — and included a presentation they asked me to prepare (before the interview) and present, a solid question session, a multiple choice math test, and another take-home project to review some materials.
A few days later they asked to contact some references, which I provideded, but again it was confusing between the recruiting agency and Supply as to who was doing what. They eventually emailed me and tentatively offered a lower position than I had applied/interviewed for. It was not a full offer and I had another offer that I needed to respond to and despite a few attempts, no one from Supply or the recruiting firm got back to me in time so I withdrew from the process.
Overall, the interview was terrible despite the numerous steps in the process and some clear organizational issues. In the end, the location seemed too far, the culture wasn't clear, and they made it clear there were growing pains and some late nights which wouldn't have been a good fit.
Hopefully, they revise their recruiting process and are perhaps more up front about what the positions will entail and the salary ranges.

After applying through LinkedIn I received an email from HR asking to set up a phone interview. However, HR never specified the call would be with the hiring manager (Group Account Director). The GAD asked standard questions and the interview mainly focused on culture and experience.
The next step was another, longer phone interview with the GAD and Head of Media. These questions were more direct and focused on specific skillsets, technologies and past experiences.
The final step was a presentation (15 minutes focusing on media trends in retail) via video conference with the Head of Media and President, as well as a math test. These steps were never discussed during the initial stages, and were only brought up in between interviews 2 & 3. Additionally, I was asked to create the presentation within 24 hours, which looking back I should have asked for more time. The ask was easy and clear enough, but even the Supply team didn't seem to be organized during the presentation. This was intended to be a role play with me giving the POV presentation to a fake client, but the President did not seem 100% aligned asking "candidate/interview questions throughout.
Advice: clarify each and every step and push back on timing.

I forget all of the basics, but they always started with 'tell me about yourself.' One specific question I liked was - "what's the riskiest thing you've ever done?"

Their office manager reached out to me via email to schedule an interview. I confirmed the date/time with her and received a response saying they were excited to connect. Then I never received a call at the time we had agreed upon. I sent a note 15 minutes after our interview was scheduled to begin but never received a response. I've never been ghosted for an interview before so was overall a bit surprised, not a very professional look.
