Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela SupplyHouse.com em nov. de 2017
Entrevista
I applied online and I was contacted within two days to set up a Skype interview with the HR Manager. This interview lasted about 30 minutes. The HR Manager explained a bit about the company, why they needed this position filled, and that they were still in the very early stages of interviewing candidates. She asked me to talk about myself. The culture is an important factor with this company so I made sure to speak of professional traits and included a few personal interests and traits. After I answered this question, we spoke only of the personal traits I mentioned. There was nothing pertaining to the job, therefore, I felt I didn't have an opportunity to elaborate on my qualifications. I was supposed to speak with another team member but they were "too busy" - that kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The interview flowed like a normal conversation but there wasn't much substance to it, it was not really job-related. It was unfortunate but my gut said in that moment that I didn't have the job. Regardless, I sent the standard "thank you" email the next day and then a "follow up" email after two weeks. Three weeks passed and I was informed via email that they have decided to "pursue another candidate". It wasn't a terribly negative experience, but it certainly could have been better. There were very few questions asked of me.
