There were two interviews. One with both the training and Marketing/Sales supervisor and another with the Manager. It was definitely laid back and right to the point. They provided a bit of background about the company and asked me questions to see if I would fit in the culture they're trying to promote. I enjoyed it

Interview
Phone Calls. The process was pretty easy and relaxed.
Within a few days received a phone call inviting me to come to a hiring fair. Then, I was interviewed in person and offered a full-time job as a sales associate.
