Entrevista
I applied online on the surlatable.com site. I received a phone call about a week later regarding seasonal employment. The manager I spoke with was cheerful and professional. I was invited to come in for an in person interview. At this interview, I was asked several questions by a tenured employee. One question they asked was "If I had $500 to spend in the store what would I buy?". After this 10 min interview, the manager came over and said she needed to speak with corporate and she would call me in the next day or two. She called the next day and offered the job.

Super quick and easy! All management levels in the store location were amazing and allowed you to feel comfortable! Definitely helps if you have some knowledge regarding brands and cooking to help customers.

The interview is mostly about being yourself and seeing if you want to be part of a foodie minded team of part time co-workers. This group is like friends who work together and all have a common hobby. Just go in and be your genuine self, honest about your experience and availableity and see if what they offer matches what you need.
Lengthy and detailed they were trying to see if I was a good fit. I really wanted to work there but it was only to be closing the store because they were liquidating certain store locations in the east coast
