The interview was overall decent and focused heavily on my experience, with several example based questions. However, the process felt somewhat unorganized, and there wasn’t a clear or well defined description of the role.

Answered some questions about design methodologies and team work. Met with the Product Manager to do a face-to-face interview. Completed a design task and then met with the CPO. Formal letter sent a few days later.
I applied and automatically received an automated email asking me to fill in a questionnaire that they linked me to. The interface on the webpage was poor as each question was essay styled but the box to fill them in were very small. Not just that, but there were TEN essay styled questions which I find absurd as they were all interview questions typically asked. Thyere probably trying to cut costs on interviewing/human resources so they want to make you fill in a questionnaire filled with typical interview questions. Not before long, I got an email to say I didnt get the position even though I spent a good amount of time writing up my answers. I wonder if they bothered to even read them....
