It was easy but I did not find the people very professional about what they are doing. HR should act more professional and be themselves, not just follow some patterns from google. Be more confident.

Entrevista
I’ve had interviews with many different companies over the past 10 years, and this was unfortunately one of the more unusual experiences. The recruiter seemed disengaged throughout the conversation. Although we were scheduled for a 40-minute slot, the interview concluded after approximately 17 minutes, including the three questions I asked.
The interaction felt quite rushed. When I asked specific questions about the company or the nature of the role, I received responses such as, “Did you read the job description?” At no point did I gain a clearer understanding of the company, the team, or the expectations for the position.
As a recruiter, you play a crucial role in representing the company and creating a positive impression for potential candidates especially when speaking with experienced professionals. Warmth, engagement, and a willingness to highlight the company’s value go a long way in attracting strong talent. Just as candidates aim to present their best selves, it’s equally important for the company to do the same during interviews.
