The interview was long , they wanted to know everything about the things I've done in the past.
There were 3 rounds of interviews done by the immediate manager, then the RTE and a senior manager.
Everyone was well spoken and checked to see how I was doing.

The first interview was quick and easy. I applied for the customer service representative position through Indeed and I was given a virtual interview through Indeed. You don't have to use your camera for the interview. You can just use the microphone for the interview.

Entrevista
First step was a quick talk with HR to setup future interviews. Then a phone screen with the manager, then a video call with the manager, and finally a video call with the manager's manager or another top level executive.
